QUALITY POLICY


The B&M Group understands that the Quality Management is an inseparable element regarding the satisfaction of its customers, employees, suppliers and stakeholders.


For this reason, it has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System (QMS), which uses the standard NP EN ISO 9001 as reference. The said reference standard is of particular importance regarding the development of sound practices and procedures, the target of which consists in building a solid basis for the permanent improvement of the quality of products and services.

The B&M Group ensures that the Quality principles are disclosed and acknowledged by all its employees, thus ensuring their commitment to meet the requirements in the context of the design, development and production of sanitary items. Therefore, we consider as guiding principles the following requirements:

Maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) pursuant to the NP EN ISO 9001, with a view to ensure that all activities are in accordance with the QMS implemented, seeking its improvement on an ongoing basis.
