What information do we collect concerning you?


We collect information concerning you whenever you register on our web site or you place a purchase order regarding products or services. The subsequent processing of the Personal Data for a purpose different from that for which the data has been collected shall be subject to the consent, and prior to such processing, the Data Controller shall provide the Data Subject with information in regards to the said purpose, as well as any other relevant information.

 The User may cancel his order by requesting it to CTESI through the telephone number or e-mail mentioned on CTESI’s order number, which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed. After its processing, CTESI will attempt to deliver it, but the User has the option of not accepting it.   For cancellation purposes, the User must provide CTESI the following data:   a) Order number   b) VAT with which the order has been placed and delivery address
